(360’x20’) includes 14 Efficiency units, the main office and a coin operated laundry station. The owners living quarters (3200 sq. ft.) are nestled in the middle. In addition, the 3200 square-foot owner’s quarters boasts huge river-facing windows, an open floorplan, a spacious master suite and a new deck with 8-person hot tub.
Kitchenette Motel Units are 350-400 square feet each with fully equipped kitchens and full size appliances. Units are newly remodeled, each one is metered individually and can easily be made handicap accessible.
The private living quarters (approx. 3200 sq. ft.) are within two stories. The downstairs is an open floorplan with a large kitchen (Corian counters), bath, living and dining areas as well as a laundry center. The upper level includes a master suite (14’x30’) with full bath, two additional bedrooms and another 6x10 bath. Huge 9’ windows bring in lots of natural light and stunning views of the river on both levels. Attached to the back is a 40’x16’’ fully-covered deck with a new 8-man hot tub. This space could easily be 2 additional rental units.
Office: A 10’x20’ space with a front and back entrance for convenience. This provides safety as well as privacy.
Laundry Station: Coin operated machines (a must for our long-term residents) permits clientele to convenient on-site laundry.
5-Unit Apartment Building: This building (40’ x 100’) consists of five 2-Bdrm units. Each has a full kitchen, full bath and individual hot water heaters. Every unit has its own private entry with deck. It would be feasible to make these units handicap accessible.
Lodge/Garage (40’x48’): This building is three stories. It consists of six large bedrooms -double closet space in each, a kitchen with electric appliances (including dish washer), a living room with large screen TV, laundry room, and storage/linen closet. There are three baths within the unit and a 16’x40’ partially covered deck. This is situated on top of a three bay garage (12’ ceilings) with another bathroom. There is a large parking area outside the lodge.
Metal Quonset Building (28’x72’): This building is on an 8”concrete slab with a 150’ x 250’ crushed stone parking lot. Currently used for equipment storage.
Pond – I full acre with two islands (connected by 2 walk bridges) has some depths of 30 feet. Spring filled with outlet/overflow. It is stocked with largemouth bass and has a complete aeration system.

Five lockable electrical charging stations installed. Each pole supports one 30-amp and one 50-amp plug. This is a total of 10 plug-ins for boats, recreation equipment and campers on a new paved lot.
Hand crafted fire pit constructed of local flat stone (10’ in diameter and 24” deep) surrounded by a 30’ circular stone patio.
All units have high speed internet and Wi-Fi service.
